The website is very easy to navigate and provides no issues upon initial inspection. Users can start out with a free trial and upgrade should they need to.

Sitelio provides average support services to the user. Some text tutorials are available on the website. Tutorial videos are currently not available. There is a FAQ section, however it is fairly small. However, there is a knowledge base with an abundance of common questions. There is no user support forum at this time. 24/7 support is not an available feature. Support services are done through email only. Because of this there is no instant chat available. We were unable to find a phone number for support on the website.

Templates are one of Sitelio's biggest assets. There are more templates to choose from than one could even look at in a day. The template variety is huge. The design quality of the templates is extremely high and they are professionally designed. Templates can all be viewed on any mobile device. The templates are all editable before, during and after publishing. Blank templates may be used to start off with by the user. Again, templates can be changed at a later date with no loss of information.

Sitelio's usability is incredibly well thought out. Registration took no time at all—we were able to set up the account in only minutes. Sitelio is extremely easy to use and even the most basic user should find it simplistic in nature. The content editor is diverse and manageable. The drag-and-drop interface works well with the user interface.

SEO support is good. Unfortunately, there are no text tutorials on search engine optimization. Nor are there any SEO video tutorials. The FAQ section does however touch on some common SEO questions you might have. Unique page descriptions can be updated according to the user's liking. Sitelio has some SEO tools available for your usage. SEO options are integrated into the website. Visitor tracking and multiple other analytical tools can be accessed and reviewed.

Hosting on Sitelio is in line with the industry average. Users can easily connect an existing domain they may have. With the purchase of the premium plan, one domain is included. We were unable to find any mention of maximum subdomains included. Web space is limited to 10.000 MB, more than enough for the average user. We were unable to find any information regarding the bandwidth limit. One mailbox is included with your domain.

The terms of membership on Sitelio are very good. Fortunately, there is an unlimited free plan available for users to try. Sitelio may advertise their logo on free plan pages. There are no external ads on the same pages. A free domain is included with the premium packages. This domain is not included in the free plan package. Users may have an unlimited amount of subdomains. The free plan comes with 50MB of webspace for your convenience. There was no mention of the available bandwidth included in the same plan. The monthly cancellable plan can be terminated at any time. Users may also upgrade or downgrade their plan should they feel the need.

In summary, Sitelio provides the user with a simple and straightforward approach to website building. Support is adequate. The number of templates leaves nothing to be desired. The website is very easy to use and creates no stress for the user. The SEO tools are in line with the industry average. Hosting is good and should provide enough storage capacity for most users. The unlimited free plan is a nice first step before purchasing the premium one. Sitelio can be a great asset to your company.
